Valita™TITER 

Can measure IgG antibody over a wide dynamic range [2.5 mg/L – 80 mg/L], which is currently performed typically using an Octet, HPLC or HTRF.  It applies fluoresence polarisation to quantify IgG. The advantages are:

  • Speed, taking only 3 minutes to read 96 samples;
  • Small sample volume with only 5μls of sample required, compared to >100μls for existing technologies;

Valita™TITER HS

The High Sensitivity assay is used to measure the production of any IgG antibody over a specific dynamic range [0.5 mg/L – 6.0 mg/L] and with a particular focus on transiently transfected models, which is currently performed typically using an ELISA. It applies fluoresence polarisation to quantify IgG. Added benefits over alternatives are:

  • Sensitivity, range of 0.5 – 6 mg/L is currently not directly detected using any other standard technology;
  • Speed, taking only 3 minutes to read 96 samples;
  • Small sample volume with only 30μls of sample required, compared to >100μls for existing technologies;
  • Lower cost with lower consumable cost and lower capital costs than existing technologies;
  • Simplicity, requires no specialist technical knowledge to perform the analysis;
  • Scalability, with ready adaptability to automate for very high-throughput.

Valita™iD

This product is based on the ChemStress platform and will be launched soon. It is used to confirm host cell identity. The ValitaID utalises our ChemStress platform. Clone identification is currently performed using DNA analysis e.g. STR/SNP;

ValitaID is a novel delivers significant benefits over existing technologies in terms of:

  • Faster speed, detailed phenotypic ID available within 3 days;
  • Lower cost, when compared to STR or SNP;
  • Greater resolution, capable of differentiating genetically identical cells.

Valita™sTABILITY

This product will be launched soon. It is used to measure host cell stability. This is currently performed through multigeneration subculturing & productivity estimation. Our current data demonstrates that ValitaSTABILITY has the potential to deliver significant benefits over existing technologies in terms of: 

  • Faster results, predicting potential for instability in a substantially shorter generation time than current tests;
  • Lower costs, significant reduction in the subcloning required;
  • Increased revenue, shortened drug development time through a shortened stability testing protocol.

Valita™pREDICT

This product will be launched in Used to measure host cell stability. This is currently performed through multigeneration subculturing & productivity estimation. Our current data demonstrates that ValitaSTABILITY has the potential to deliver significant benefits over existing technologies in terms of: 

  • Faster results, predicting potential for instability in a substantially shorter generation time than current tests;
  • Lower costs, significant reduction in the subcloning required;
  • Increased revenue, shortened drug development time through a shortened stability testing protocol.

Valita™QC

Used to perform Media Lot QC acceptance testing. This product will be launched in 2017. Media Lot QC and acceptance testing is currently performed using a range of tests including pH, standard cell culture growth & productivity estimations with a reference host cell line, etc. ValitaQC delivers significant benefits over existing technologies in terms of: 

  • Control, ability to confidently identify the impact of variances in cell media formulations;
